Pride Houston announced the winners of the 2007 Houston Pride Parade at an awards ceremony at La Strada on Friday, June 29. Winners in all categories are:

- Planned Parenthood
- Resurrection Metropolitan Community Church
- Stonewall (best social commentary): AIDS Foundation Houston
- Aria (best creative sound): Tony’s Corner Pocket
- Fabulous (best costumes): Asians & Friends Houston
- Rainbow (best lighting): Charles Armstrong Investments
- Ruby Slipper (best walking): JP Morgan Chase/Bering Omega
- Judy Garland (best performance): Houston Pride Band
- Lone Star Pride (best interpretation of the 2007 theme): Texas Gay Rodeo Association
- Pink Diamond (best float by a for-profit company): Silver Eagle Distributors (Bud Light)
- Priscilla (best float by a non-profit group): Resurrection Metropolitan Community Church
- Spirit of Montrose (best overall): Bering Memorial United Methodist Church
A panel of independent judges reviewed over 100 entries in the nighttime Parade. Judges for the 2007 Parade were Uchenna and Joyce Agu, winners of Amazing Race; Holly Clapham of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau; Project Runway winner and owner of Lot 8 Boutique Chloe Dao; KHOU Channel 11 meteorologist Dan Meador; designer and architect Adam Vuong, Director of Merchandising for Lot 8 Boutique; and longtime Friend of Pride Gary Wood. Emcees for the Parade were Ernie Manouse, host of the award-winning InnerVIEWS program on Houston PBS along with 104.1 KRBE personalities Roula & Ryan and Special K.

A panel of independent judges reviewed over 110 entries in the nighttime Parade. Judges for the 2006 Parade were Bettie DeBruhl, Vice President of Stevens/FKM Public Relations; Carolyn Mayo, President of Vollmer Public Relations; on-air radio personality Keith Scott from KHMX Mix 96.5; designer and architect Adam Vuong, Director of Merchandising for Lot 8 Boutique; and Wade Wilson, owner of Wade Wilson Art Gallery. Emcees for the Parade were Maria Todd, 104 KRBE Radio's popular morning host; Ernie Manouse, host of the award-winning InnerVIEWS program on Houston PBS; and the inimitable drag performer Kofi.

Winners were announced at an awards ceremony held at Guava Lamp on Sunday, June 26. Winners were decided by an independent panel of judges that included Larry Bagneris, one of the founders of the Houston Pride Parade and Executive Director of the City of New Orleans Human Relations Commission; transgender activist Vanessa Edwards Foster; Jason Middleton of the Houston Chronicle; Robert Moore, owner of the Dallas Voice and TXT Newsmagazine; and attorney and immigration equality activist John Nechman.
